Friendly understanding consultation identifying a way forward and setting out how this would be achieved.

I put my triage form in at 8.10am, at 8.38am I had a call with an appointment for that morning, brilliant service thankyou.

Arrived early and was seen early, GP took time to listen and thoroughly check. Spoke to receptionist who was friendly and welcoming.

Nurse Helen took great care of me during my lifestyle health check appointment and really made me feel valued. I was very happy with her advice and attention. I hope I get to see her again in the future — she’s wonderful!

Appointment spot on time, and the Doctor carried out the steroid injection swiftly with explanation of procedure and expected efficacy of the drug shortly afterwards. Since my appointment the drug has taken effect and my RA symptoms are much improved, as expected.

Appointment was issued within 20 minutes of my on line application. Extremely helpful young man that I saw, I think his name was Ryan, a credit to the doctors and NHS.

My son received continuity with a GP that communicated age appropriately with him, this has made a significant difference in how he’s now approaching his own self care.

Helen (nurse) was really reassuring and has a lovely manner. She explained everything clearly and didn’t rush me. I feel a lot less anxious now.

The asthma nurse was very compassionate and understanding and eager to help me and my daughter with our asthma. She was really attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was prescribed the correct medication.

My experience is positive due to the good communication from the surgery. The Doctor was listening to my concerns and was positive to approaching my medical needs. My medication was given on same day and followed up to see how things were. I generally feel that the staff from administration to medical are courteous and friendly.

Dr Singleton was very polite, professional and direct. He addressed the reason for the appointment with empathy and a direct decision. I felt listened to and supported. Very happy.

Dr Harding has been amazing helping me with my skin infection. I was in agony she was kind to me and listened. I have been through a lot of trauma in the last 16 months. Dr Luty was fab too.

The nurse who took my blood was not only highly skilled but also warm, reassuring, and efficient. Her calm and friendly approach instantly put me at ease, and I barely felt a thing. I saw Nurse Helen Nightingale and she was just brilliant. Really kind, warm and took her time with and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She answered all my questions and was just so lovely.

Doctor Harding was great and very thorough in my consultation so I feel as though my concerns were taken seriously. Also, it was the most female health focused consultation that I have ever experienced which I really appreciated.

Nurse Helen was amazing as normal, so professional and caring, nothing is a trouble to her and she takes time to listen to you.
