How do I register for online services?

  1. Visit – https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
  2. Download the app on your smart phone device
  3. Create your account

The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android. To use it you must be aged 13 and over and registered with a GP surgery in England.

You can also access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.

You have to have consent to access someone else’s online record if they are over 13yrs. To do this you can complete a ‘Proxy Access Form’ and hand it into the Practice.
