Practice Patient Survey

The results from the most recent Practice Patient Survey are now available to view (14th July 2022).

The Practice reviews the results and for 2022 will be setting up a task group with staff and PPG members to review what needs to be looked at.  If you would like to be part of this group and therefore join the PPG please contact us directly on cmicb-cheshire.oakwoodmanagers@nhs.net with your contact details.  The task group will meet in the evenings and will review the sections of the Patient survey where we would like to improve and where there are issues.  We’re aware that telephone lines are an issue as well as accessing timed appointments and therefore these will be tackled initially.

We are working on a Practice Newsletter to send to all patients to update you on our changes and updates so please check your inboxes or text messages soon for that.

For 2022 the survey will again be reviewed as part of the Primary Care Network (PCN) across all 7 GP Practices in Northwich to look at local issues and best practice.
