We have been informed today that the funding for this online consulting tool has now been stopped and the contracted terminated.
We are expecting a NEW supplier called PATCHS to be available to us at the end of November. This will be rolled out by the Practice – please keep checking back.
Our apologies to everyone who used this page to send prescription requests and requests for results, we were not aware that this would happen so soon, this was out of our control.
We have asked for the PATCHS tool to be available to us ASAP to ensure patients can use online tools as they have been used to.
