If you are a carer, or if you’re not sure whether you are, the Practice is holding a number of events over the week to highlight the support that is available to you, experts to chat to and general advice.
Please keep checking back to see all the events we have on offer for this week. All events are at Oakwood Medical Centre.
Events:
Tuesday 13th June Morning – Come and book a free alternative therapy taster session at the Practice – call the surgery for more information 01606 544 241.
Tuesday 13th June Afternoon – The Carers Centre in Northwich will be available to answer your queries and help to signpost you to any services you might need. Please join us for tea and coffee and a chat.
Wednesday 14th June Morning – Alternative Solutions are available in the practice to help support patients, including carers, with non-medical support. You can book to speak to them individually online or by calling the practice.
Thursday 15th June Morning – 10.30-12.30 – The Carers Centre in Northwich will be available to answer any queries and to help to signpost you to any services you might need. Please join us for tea and coffee and a chat.
Thursday 15th June 11am – Specialised Cancer Support Drop-in for Carers. Please join us for tea and coffee and a chat.
