Working Together Across Northwich

We are working with GP Practices across Northwich for our patients, looking at areas to develop, gaps in provision and sharing best practice.

As a patient you may have already given us feedback on what we should be focusing on as a group and this has been invaluable, thank you.

As our PPG you may already be involved in steering us in the right direction for our local area and patients, thank you.

We will be working together with other NHS organisations, local council, charities and volunteer groups and we will be letting you know how this is going as soon as possible.
